Excellent location just outside of Florence centre, although an Uber is around €30 each way as driving in wasn’t an appealing idea! Small but very comfortable room. Lovely pool area, comfortable loungers. Great dinner menu and service. Breakfast good on the whole but had to pay extra for an omelette or fried eggs. Coffee could have been better! Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not related to the property but there is an AMAZING gelateria a few minutes walk away, with a cow statue outside!)

There were many things to love about Villa Neroli - these are my family's top three: Firstly, the beautiful and serene location as it gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy countryside Tuscany while being reasonably close to central Florence. We take a taxi to get to the Duomo (very easy to take, around 15 minutes drive with traffic) but there's also a bus service outside the hotel and if you particularly like walking, it's 45 minutes away from the city). Secondly, the rooms are extremely cosy, spacious, and clean with all the amenities you need. Finally, the service quality is very high and I really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I look forward to coming back.

We loved the outside seating, very good choice at breakfast, free parking, comfy beds, tea and coffee in the room, the sauna, everything is super clean.

Villa Neroli is a charming venue conveniently located not far from Florence, making it a great base for exploring the area. One of the highlights is the secured and safe parking area, which even includes plugs for electric vehicles—perfect for travelers prioritizing convenience. The property itself is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. While the breakfast room staff do their job well without overdoing it, I found the reception staff to be particularly warm and inviting, leaving a lasting positive impression. The rooms are another standout feature: spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The beds are firm, which I personally prefer for a good night's sleep. Overall, Villa Neroli offers a wonderful blend of comfort, practicality, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Florence area!

Absolutely loved our one-week stay at Villa Neroli. Everything was so on point, from the room, bed, and pillows to the room servicing each day, to the amazing breakfast buffet. We were traveling with our 18-month-old son and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The weather was hit and miss, but we got three amazing days by the pool. Highly recommend!

This Hotel was fabulous! The property is beautiful. The pool was a lovely was to relax after a day of sight seeing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I have had in my travels. The restaurant at night served a fantastic dinner. It was a high end restaurant. The chef was awesome. It was so great we ate there for both nights of our stay. The wait staff was top notch.

Simply Wondeful! Accommodating and memorable, they really took their time to get to know their guests. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel’s interior and exterior were tidy and well maintained. Right from the beginning they went outside to assist with the luggages, then delivered the luggage to our room while we were checking in. The restaurant was fantastic, and the food was just perfect. Breakfast was included in our reservation, and there were many different things to choose from to suit any and every dietary need. We even had dinner prior to taking off the next day, and the steak was incredible. There’s something about convenience and well-made food that really made our experience an excellent one. We enjoyed the rest of our wine in our room while packing to head out early in the morning. When we departed the next day, they called us a taxi (per our request the night prior) and it came right on time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to request and manage services from the tablet in the room. It was great that they offered the option of not cleaning the room every day because often it's not necessary, benefiting both the hotel and the guest. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room had a blend of comfort and modernity.
