While the breakfast room staff do their job well without overdoing it, I found the reception staff to be particularly warm and inviting, leaving a lasting positive impression. The rooms are another standout feature: spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The beds are firm, which I personally prefer for a good night's sleep. Overall, Villa Neroli offers a wonderful blend of comfort, practicality, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Florence area!

I booked the hotel in a hurry a couple of weeks before our trip to Florence, basically because it had parking on site and it was not crazy expensive. What a great experience it turned out to be, beautiful hotel, very nice comfortable rooms, everything newly refurbished, and a nice garden area where you can enjoy a coffee or a Aperol Spritz. The location has his ups and downs, depending on what to expect. I personally loved the location a little bit outside of the city center, not that noisy and of course much more space. The breakfast was also very good and with lots of variety. Staff, very professional but also very nice and polite with the guests. Definitely a very nice experience, can't wait to come another time and enjoy the stay

We take a taxi to get to the Duomo (very easy to take, around 15 minutes drive with traffic) but there's also a bus service outside the hotel and if you particularly like walking, it's 45 minutes away from the city). Secondly, the rooms are extremely cosy, spacious, and clean with all the amenities you need. Finally, the service quality is very high and I really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I look forward to coming back.
